We are seeking two highly motivated Taiwanese female professionals to join our marketing team in the United States. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate interpretation between Chinese and English during meetings with the CEO and clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure smooth workflows related to machine maintenance and parts replacement.
  • Liaise with distributors and retail partners to gather feedback and address any issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Organize business activities such as online meetings, document preparation, and contract signings.
  • Support other tasks and assignments as directed by management.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Taiwanese nationality (Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required).
  • Aged 25-35
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Handle chat, monitor customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document conversations and maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Thai Female age between 20-25
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma, or Bachelor degree is required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, strong communication and listening skills. Speaking Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good typing skill.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle chats, resolve customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service and other assignments.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, 8 hours per day, 6 days per week,  3 shifting, Morning, afternoon and Night shift.
